strawberry coconut delight


I was in the mood for a strawberry dessert and made this little ditty up.

I just cut up some strawberries and mixed them together with some honey and toasted unsweetened coconut. I'm a big fan of coconut so this was basically a party in my mouth!

How to toast coconut:
preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread an even layer of coconut in a pan. Bake for about 7 minutes (or until evenly golden brown)
