ooey gooey chocolate cupcakes

Again, another fab recipe from Forks Over Knives, the cookbook. This is the Double Chocolate cupcake with Fudgy Chocolate Frosting.
 

 

I used these handy dandy little silicone cupcake holders. The cake didn't stick at all.
